Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping:

At The Clover Co. we strive for great customer service and quality assurance. Our goal is to ship items within 48 hours. Items purchased past 2pm. on Friday or Saturday will be shipped on Monday. Items purchased on a US holiday will be shipped out on the following business day. Must be 18 or older make a purchase.

This applies to in-stock items that have been paid in full. Merchandise purchased in the United States will be shipped via UPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving an order. An original receipt is required. Personalized items are not eligible for returns. 

To process your return we will need information from your original receipt. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the purchase amount, and returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. Clearance items are not eligible for return. 

  • Gift Cards are not eligible for return and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. 

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear will not be returned. Items will need to be sent back in the original packaging.
